Magazine and premium audio subscribers can now renew online right from their accounts in just a few clicks!
Find your subscription status
- In the top right corner of any page, click My Account.
- In the left-side vertical account menu, click Subscriptions or My Subscription (link text varies depending on how many subscriptions you have).
- If you see a list of subscriptions, find the status for each in the Status column, otherwise go to the next item.
- On the subscription details page, you’ll see the name of the subscription at the top, and in the details panel Status is the first row.
Manage your subscription
- If you followed the instructions above and you’re on the subscription details page, skip to step 5.
- In the top right corner of any page, click My Account.
- In the left-side vertical account menu, click Subscriptions or My Subscription (link text varies depending on how many subscriptions you have).
- If you see a list of subscriptions, click the View button on the subscription you’d like to resubscribe to.
- On the subscription details page, find the Actions row at the bottom of the first table.
If you don’t see the Actions row
There are no available actions for this subscription. Please contact us for further assistance.
- Different action buttons are available depending on your subscription status:
- Renew Now allows you to renew your active subscription early (this will extend your subscription end date or next payment date).
- Resubscribe allows you to reactivate an expired subscription.
- Change Payment allows you to change the payment method associated with your payment. (only relevant if you have auto renew turned on)
- Cancel allows you to end your subscription at the end of this billing period.
