Scarface
A giant crater, which is the scar of an ancient impact, highlights the visage of Saturn's small moon Mimas in this October 16 view from the Cassini spacecraft. The impact that created the crater, named Herschel, was so powerful that it almost split Mimas apart. The crater has earned Mimas the nickname "Death Star Moon" after the giant battleships in the Star Wars movies. Cassini snapped this image at a distance of about 64,000 miles (103,000 km).
