Lunar Nibble
A meager partial lunar eclipse will take place before sunrise Monday, as the Moon just dips into Earth's dark shadow. The shadow will take a small "bite" out of the Moon's southern hemisphere. From most of the United States the Moon will set before the eclipse peaks. The western states will see more of the eclipse, with the entire event visible from Hawaii.
